How does Hernan interact with the crowd, how would you describe his style? Just curious, I've not seen him live yet. I'm sure his mixing was sharp... while track selection is of course a matter of taste.

I would be interested in hearing more about this... willing to pay for such a service if it was packaged right. How can we find out about upcoming scheduled events?

Wish I could've seen Hernan last night at Spirit, his Rennaissance compilation is one of my favorites. Did he play "Behind the Music" or any other tracks from the double CD? I'm def gonna see him next time around.

How good is the sound system at CroBar? How does it compare to Arc?

D:Fuse definitely laid down a solid set at Avalon last Saturday. I was able to observe him up in the DJ booth, he worked very hard between picking out tracks, mixing, and playing the bongo drums. I think it paid off... the crowd seemed to be really into the music. He started off with a funkier kind of beat and then gradually moved towards the banging prog the D-man does best! My guess (and hope) is that we'll be seeing D:Fuse back at Avalon again before too many months go by.

I'll be there, coming up from DC with a couple of D:Fuse fans. What time do you think his set will start?

I was there last Friday night and had an excellent time. Since it was just after NYE the downstairs wasn't open (typically house music) but the DJ upstairs spun a great mix of danceable tunes. The people were hot, and the club looked great. A positive vibe all around. Your experience may vary, but overall I was impressed.

Anyone know if Crobar will be open this Friday? My friends from out of town will be visiting and want to see what it's like. Me too!! Thanks.
