Never been to AC, I'd be game.

Don't stay at MGM Grand... that exterior green light drove me crazy, thought I was on Mars. However their breakfast buffet is awesome... just expect a long ass line. Emeril's in Vegas is top notch for a quality meal. Most of the larger casinos have free drinks as long as you are plunking money down on tables or slots. And of course, visit Crazy Horse Too and get a lapdance from the crazy redhead in a Britney schoolgirl outfit... er wait...

I always wondered if Charles Shaw ($3/bottle at Trader Joes) would make good sangria hehe.
