'BUZZ BACK IN TIME' Old School Party!
Buzzlife's old skool parties are ALWAYS some of the most anticipated events every year. Think back: The Future rave in Wilmer's Park, MD 1992. Caffeine on Long Island 1992. The first Buzz Party at the East Side Club 1993. Ultraworld's Emerald Forest 1994. Fever -- A Family Affair 1995. Wild Things on U St. 1996. The Fox 5 protests 1999. Buzzlife at Trust in Baltimore 2003. Were you there? Do wish you could've been?
On this night Buzzlife bends the rules of time, space and sound. We resurrect the ghosts of buried vinyl treasure with selections from the past decade of underground dance culture. The raw energy, hope and positivity unleashed by these old skool tunes forms a bond shared by all present on the dancefloor, that links all of us back to a more innocent time.

THE WHITE PARTY Of all our theme parties, the annual White Party is the most extravagant and popular. Taking place at the start of the winter holiday season, the white party has its roots in the circuit parties of sunny South Beach. Here in DC, whitewashed walls on Art Deco architecture don't really abound like they do in Miami, so the mood has shifted to a more "seasonally-appropriate" snow and winter wonderland theme. Two years ago when Buzz was in Baltimore, Andrew Flint, John Tab and a crew of underground accomplices started the Studio in Fairfax. The Studio hosted a new concept geared toward the promotion of local DJ's. Its name was COLD TURKEY. Buzzlife Productions is proud to host the first COLD TURKEY night at CUBIK, appropriately enough on Friday, Nov. 26 -- the day after Thanksgiving.

In the increasingly flamboyant world of house, he stands out as one of the scene's few distinctive personalities. In a genre where artists often rise to champion status only to be dismissed within a year or two, this man has released a slew of razor-sharp singles to massive critical and commercial acclaim. WAY OUT WEST [Orlando] LIVE STAGE SHOW
Way Out West are the originators of the breakbeat/progressive/trance fusion style that pushed the proverbial envelope in the EDM dance world. They were the predecessors to artists like Hybrid, but because WOW's two members both had successful solo careers (as Nick Warren and Jody W), the notion of seeing a "LIVE" Way Out West performance remained more of a dream than a reality to most fans. Well it's time to wake up. For the first time ever, Nick Warren and Jody W will unite for an on-stage performance as Way Out West at Cubik.

Aphrodite got his name from the label he founded in the early 90s just as hardcore rave was evolving into early jungle and d 'n' b.
