  3. crobar is a chill place... they def do their own thing, although it may not seem that way... think about how inconsistent and random the other venues have been since the same opening date... think about the rumors of the other clubs falling off... crobar never falls into these situations because they really don't care about the other venues or what they do...

they have a ame plan and they stick to it... they change it up just to join the band wagon...

the venues is well designed, their lights are the best in nyc (when being used correctly) and their sound system dumps...

maybe the crowd is not what one would expect, but that is our fault - not crobars... when i go with my friends or meet someone or go for a dj, i have a great time all the time... i mean, if you cannot get yourself to have a good time amongst a few friends, drinks, music, girls, guys, etc... then maybe the problem is a personal matter that must be attended to because these ingredients sound like a good time to me :)

what could make crobar better is the question... what can they do to make the crowd more into the party? without crowd participation, venues are just shells for patrons... we need a vibe that brings out the club kid within all of us..

at the same time, what can we do to make crobar better?

  4. Thank you Tony Robbins....hate and criticism are usually not understood by the feeble minded also this country was based on the right to dissent just because most of the people on this pathetic board all work at the same place and jerk each other off doesnt mean i am going to

    thanks

and if you think i think about this board more then the 30 seconds it takes to post you have serious issues

it's all good dude... everyone has the right to disagree... it just sounds retarded when you have nothing solid to back up your claims...

    um...

    "i hate that deko place"

    "why"

    "cause that guy is gay"

    "really? why's that?"

    "i dunno. he just is."

    "um... ok"

ya see? doesn't it sound stupid...lol

and, yeah - sometimes i do think about what i say before i speak... it's a sign of intelligence :)

  5. lol... i never understood why people hate on others... it really serves no purpose except for making the hater feel better... it never hurts the person they intend to and it definitely does not "round up" hater supporters... so what is the point? really?

if you are a hater, than please try and do someting productive with yourself so you in return can be hated on... it's usually the people who contribute nothing, that leech off others or just plain think they are better than others but in all reality they temselves are too affraid to be themselves so they don the mask of a hater just so they can be something other than forgotten...

anyways, don't hate - life is too short to get caught up in everyone else's business... get caught up in your own... you will find it much more rewarding

  9. Hey All,

I just wanted to announce our new song, "Fantasize."

The site is up and you can download a 192k MP3 for your pod pleasure, read through the lyrics, check out some pics and contact this social whore.

    http://www.shanefontane.com

"Fantasize" is an electro-house song with a punk attitude. The remix by Jorge Jaramillo of Who Da Funk is coming soon and just like the original, we are sure it will rock your shit.

Catchy and fun, "Fantasize" beckons everyone not to forget to dream big, live big and do your own thing.

As of today, "Fantasize" has already received floor time by Denny Tsettos, Marcos Carnaval, and is being used in the BOP Fashion Show at Crobar NYC.

Stay tuned for the upcoming music video directed by Rafi Mercado of H.O.M.E.!
