    I have IFPA and I work at Bally's...I think they accept a lot of diff ones. We do have to push sales but they also help. It's a great job if u have another job or school, I schedule appt's around my classes.

    try this... mon -bi's and back tues- cardio (30 min) and abs wed- legs, shoulders, traps thurs- cardio and abs fri- chest and tri's sat- cardio and abs I love this split:D

    went to Sound Garden around 12, walked around for 5 min then left... it was empty and not a good looking crowd. Then we went to Taste much better, but not packed. I think a lot of people stayed home because it was too cold yaaaaay.
