The human body is amazing in that it is always striving for symmetry. Yes, some people have smaller legs and larger chest or v/v, but that is their body type and their body will try to maintian that particular symmetry.
So, if you cut out lower legs, you will inhibit the growth of your upper body. In order to put the lean muscle on your upper body, lower body must be incorparted.
Another example of this is the relationship between each arm. Lets say for instance you broke your left arm. In order to decrease muscle wasting of that arm, you can train your right arm intensively. This will send a signal to not only your right arm, but, also your left arm to rebuild.
The net effect is that your left arm does not shrink as much, but your right arm does not grow as much; therefore the symmetry of the body is maintained to a certain degree.

Nautica, I got 2 questions for you if you could answer them for me:
1) For example his routine only includes doing abs or doing the arms once a week-is this effective at all?? I mean i hit the gym about 3 times a week and because time restrictions do abs, arms and shoulders all in about an hour and a half-is this too much at once?
2) Last winter I was working on the lower body in the weight room and I am a mountain biker which means that from about this time till October my lower body will be strengthened by riding, should I still hit the weight room now and then? I've started weight training in October in order to gain some muscle in my upper body but haven't been doing the legs because of the just finished mountain bike season.

wow dude..you're still not over it, if at all. You wanna tell her all this shit in order to get some kinda response from her, conflict to signal her that you fucking hate what happened between you two and that you're hurt about it.
my advice is to show up and see what happens, talk if you feel talkative if not keep it simple but the best thing would be to try to actually talk to her about what bothered you because it clearly does bother you a lot.

It seems (to me at least) that they share a genuine passion for life, I've found most have a close relationship with their family and a good woman who can get down with some salsa and merengue is so sexy. If you can make it past that, I've found they are some of the most passionate in the bedroom too... just dont stir up the Latina blood.
I'm from former Yugoslavia and while we had fashion and tv it was a lot more social than here...while the USA is great, some states/places are without a soul to me at least.
My parents used to tell me how they would go out and how nice it was...very similar to what you described...the thing is-even for them it gets boring after a while and there still is greed, stereotyping and everything that happens here between people but it's much less of a factor/importance.
Anyways I would love to live in a place with such atmosphere/way of living.....actually cant wait but have to finish school first.
And BTW you Latin girls are a dream come true...too bad there's not enough here in Ohio.

Yeah dont give your clothes away...if you can give them away somewhere locally a church or something.
Here's what often happens, you give your clothes away, they ship them to needy countries, they take them and put them on the markets where people BUY them, the money goes towards the few fucking politicians that also receive lotta $$ from us, the taxpayers in order to stay capitalist and not be against the USA.
The money off the clothing could also be used to fund new weapons purchases of the country or terrorism actions.
We think we're doing a good thing and hope to do so but they misuse it!
