the best place to be on a Monday night is any where in the Mandalay Bay area. There's the rumjungle, foundation room, oba, house of blues, and Ivan Kane's Forty Deuce. Sunday nights, you've got Body English at Hardrock, Tabu @ MGM (thrown by the world famous Mr. Freeze of Rock Steady Crew, I personally recommend this), Risque @ Paris, Ra Sushi for your preparty needs (great food and cheap drinks).

ICE just opened it's doors on Wednesday nights. Come and check it out, cheap drinks, room to dance and to chill. Special table service for the locals and service industry crowds. House in the main arena with DJ Create, and hip-hop, rock, and 80's in the lounge with DJ Mark Stylz and DJ Presto One from the World Famous Rock Steady Crew!!!! The best pre-party spots are: Wed: Fireflys - located on Paradise and just a little north from Flamingo Road. Great spanish food. and great latin, jazzy, house music. Thursdays, Fridays: Ra Sushi, located outside of Fashionshow Mall. Great food, djs playing old school hip hop, 80's, rock, and electronica music. Sunday: Ra Sushi again, local crowd, meet up spot. The best place to be before going to Body English, Risque, or Tabu.

I personally love GVR because I acutally live pretty close to it. And most of my friends they like going there because it is a pool, not a club.
