I prefer pacha as a club i think it looks better than crobar and the sound is more to my liking. Also they have been bringing in some good techno dj's. Before pacha opened up i was goin to crobar almost every other week so im kind of tired of the place now

Wow what can i Say he was amazing....Got there around 11 30 the line was kind of long but it moved very quickly....Mills didnt get on till around 1am...For a second I got a flashback of the Limelight days there were a few freaky lookin people in there....as Soon as Jeff came on the crowd went nuts....This was the first time i was in a major club and everyone was there for the DJ.....When he played the bells the crowd went nuts sounded like the whole place was going to erupt....Music was unbelievable i cant really id any of the tracks he played except for the bells....This was probably the best time I had @ pacha in terms of the music and the crowd since everyone was so into it....I heard Chris Liebing will be @ pacha soon....I'll be back then if not sooner

Obviously your sources are correct, in my opinion I still believe Jeff Mills is if not "the" godfather of techno he certainly is one of them lol..

Im pretty sure Dj pierre doesnt play techno, maybe he paved the way for it but he def doesnt play techno, as far as kevin saunderson goes i dont think he's spun at a club in years many people have never even heard of him.....I know when it comes to Detroit Jeff Mills is considered one of the founding fathers of the techno scene

Godfather of Techno Jeff Mills comin to NYC....Im pretty excited for this just because I never heard him live and he prob wont be back in NYC for a while since he apparently refused to play here ever again after his last gig @ Limelight....Anyone else goin...?

when was the last time he actually played in NYC....all the techno heads i know are hyped for this nite....never got the chance to hear him live but the sets i have of his are crazy, plays so many songs in the span of a few hours it's ridiculous
