as already mentioned, 'to each his/her own.' personally, my passion for edm partially stems from experiencing nights out at clubs and other venues where the music is playing. the energy and the vibe at some of these venues was unreal. more so in the last years than now, but, regardless, i still get a good vibe on select nites. so, maybe expose them to this music either by giving them a good mix or have them go out a nite when its playing somewhere.

Great production Xeno, It has a trance element to it, which is great. Belinda's voice probably goes better with a trance production. I did notice the Embargo - Hysterie-esque sample. All in all, keep up the good work. P.S. Checked out your website. Good job on the dj mixes.

Went Saturday, from what I can remember, he played: Iio - Rapture (AVB Remix) AVB - Shivers (I believe the Original Mix) Delerium - Silence (Tiest In Search of Sunrise Remix) ***Always feeling this classic track when its played*** Very fun time, one of the better times I have had in a while. Was loving the peaktime trance traxx towards the end. Not very crowded and good vibe.

Entertaining website. I think the word guido is misused many times.

During the times I went, circa 1999-2000, the energy inside was huge and it was not uncommon for the parties to go till afternoon hours the next day.

Thanks bro... It looks like I am hitting up Enclave on Saturday not Friday, but thanks again for the recommendations. I'm gonna keep them in mind for places to still attend.

I'll be in Chicago for the 4th of July weekend...and I know there are always tonz of posts about where to go.... What I wanted to know is what sub-genre of house music is most popular in Chi-town and where is it played, via Club, lounge, or a bar? Along the same lines, what places are happening for 25-35 yr olds? I'll be there for a wedding with my girlfriend and we wanna just have a good time with possibly good house music. I am more interested in getting a good experience of the Chicago scene and not just bringing a NYC-state-of-mind to chicago.
