I think it's because guys don't feel as intimidated behind the computer...not that constant pressure of having a conversation flow. So it's not like calling and leaving a message...they probably feel less rejected when u don't return the email.Side note: You gotta love when the ugly guys try to hound u for ur #. I have a theory...that the ugly guys try to get pretty girls numbers because hell if there going to get rejected it's better if it comes from a pretty girl rather than an ugly one! I looked at the guy and said what did she just ask u for? but i'm sure it's starting to become pretty common lately considering the many clubbers in the area that play with clubplanet and most of us all have computers and an email address. If I meet someone nice at a club or hook up with the girl i dont ask for her number that much. i usually wait to see if the girl asks me if i would like her number. than i know she is really down with me. It happened to my friend last time we went to Poor Billys... this guy asked her for her email instead of her phone number... they e-mail each other all the time and talk on aol... but they never talk on the phone... he lives in NY too so it's probably cheaper for them to talk that way... I agree it just doesn't happen that way, in a sense it is almost to easy to meet someone at a club, that is what your all there for. Honestly I have never had a serious relationship w/ s-one I meet in a club........... and I never call, I will give u my # if you want to talk u call me...... I just DON'T call.............. The whole waiting to call thing, I don't know if your interested call, if she is to then great.............. I have had it work both ways, where they call right away and I am turned off and then not wait and I am dumbfounded..............
