pseudoden Posted June 4 Report Share Posted June 4 well if your starting out a Gemini is good but be prepared to buy another mixer within the year especially if your gonna have friends come by and wail on it. The Vestaxes are good too but they get pricey if your looking for something in budget get an 06/mixstick and stay away from the samurai series cause they cost an arm and a leg unless your looking for something that will not break within a years time. Stanton makes after market copy cats that are good but they lack good EQ's. Pioneer makes an awesome mixer but the price you pay is for the effects and an awesome EQ but the fader is somewhat cheap. Rane makes the best mixers these mixers are the best good strong fader that will probably never break and now they just came out with a Rane model that has three bands of EQ on a two channel mixer just expect to pay around 800.00 dollars though but the quality is worth the price.
