Ok now, if I understood your question correctly...The clitoral hood is the skin that covers the clit... when the blood starts flowing and the clit becomes engorged, it can stick out from under the hood, but this varies from woman to woman.However, the hood is nothing more than skin... the clit itself is the thing that gets hard...
