YOu should go there and check out all the parties they have listed there. Sorry im not much help but don't know much about under 21 parties. When I was under 21 i would just go to little italy and drink there or go to the bars around the McDougal st. area. NYU area. they serve everyone. hahhahah. Anyway, my whole point about it was I just moved to NY not knowing anyone and not having anything to do. It makes it a bit harder to go out especially when you're not 21.
