georgym
I just learned this morning a valuable lesson: If you believe you were falsely charged or accused of something you KNOW you didn't commit, argue it out!I just received $41.40 credit towards long distance charges that were false. It felt great to show the phone company that they made a mistake, and give me my due money back Im going to have to do the same thing with MCI Worldcom, which overcharged me $1500! But that shouldn't be so hard, since they messed up on everyone's account. So argue away... just make sure that you have your facts straight;)
magilicuti
I argue even if I know I'm wrong. Credit card companies especially will do anything to keep your business. Most of the time arguing will get you some cash back.
berniec
you got it- most companies (the larger they are the better chances you have of getting somewhere) will do just about anything to keep you with them. Long Distance companies will give you 'special rates' you cell provider will throw in an extra fwe undrw minutes every month for the same price. The more you argue, the more you get!Bern
