The Lakers are Shaq's team. He could get away w/ almost any shooting guard in the league and a bunch of role players under Big Chief Triangle's (my favorite Van Gundy quote) system and win championships IMO. Hopefully with Shaq's absence, he will understand that he isn't the only guy on the team.... Every player contributes in some way.
