( I think I spelled it right... ) The help a little...

Insomnia SUCKS ASS. I know the feeling all too well. At like 4:30 AM when you know damned well you haven't slept a lick and you keep thinking "OK, ENOUGH, JUST LET ME SLEEP A LITTLE!!!" Melatonin is good, also Valerian Root (capsule or tea). If you're in really bad shape though, go with phunk's advice and hit up the doc for a good Rx.

i don't like xanex - it makes me feel stupid. i tried to self-medicate once and i ended up sitting in front of my drum machine going "i wonder what this button does." Oh, it makes the nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn sound. "i wonder what this button does." Oh, it makes the nnnnnnnnnnnnnn sound. "i wonder what this button does."

(i ended up pressing the same button for about 45 minutes)

melatonin is ok but it is better for brain plasticity and neuron strength, it didn't help me sleep. maybe if i stuck with it longer. valerian root is good though.

but there is no greater sleep aid then GRADUATE SCHOOL.
