To render its decision for its Best of NYE Awards, LALate/ NY Late reviewed several hundred party notices over a four week period, ranging in price from five dollars to several hundred dollars. The winners are the following parties:Los Angeles 1. The Larchmont Party. 2. 14th annual New Year's Eve Black-Tie Ball at The Beverly Hilton. 3. Palazzo Pacifico Mansion Party. 4. Ivar Party. New York City 1. Third Annual GBH New Year's Eve After-Hours party at Shine. 2. Saci Party. 3. Bryant Park Grill Party.To attend any of the above events, people need to add their name to the free LALate/NY Late newsletter mailing list located at http://televisioninternet.com/club/list.htm; they will be forwarded the information on how to purchase tickets to the above events.
