MadamMillie Posted January 20 Report Share Posted January 20 it's actually warmer here than in DC (thank god) but rainier. highlights of my journey thus far:got a little too tipsy sat night in DC (sung and lou did a nice job at felix, except that sung loves donna summer a little TOO much;) ), i made the mistake of having pizza mart pizza, got to the airport around 4:30am and promptly threw up:D still buzzing and extremely nauseous on my flight to JFK. transferring at JFK was BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL, mainly b/c i was still sick. but the flight to london was very smooth, my hotel's great, etc etc. first day of work is so far pretty chill, but it's gonna be long. the rest of this week should be really intense though.i miss y'all though, i miss being in DC, i miss my apt, i miss my decks:( havent had a stay in DC longer than a couple weeks since early november i think!!
