LoL I never run. But I do ride my bike for between 20 and 40 miles per day. But never in the winter. Too fucking cold. I put the bike out of commision for the winter and stay in the gym. Yes tread mills and stationary bikes are boring. But it beats the bitter cold... Which reminds me. Cardio starting again real soon. February 1st. Sorry Matt. I went a little off topic.
