dialectics Posted January 31 Report Share Posted January 31 you don't want to do the boat. it is cheap ($45 each way) but it takes 9.5 hours. check out transmediterrania.com (or .es i forget) if you really want to do that.if you do go from barcelona, check out easyjet.co.uk because they have some DIRT CHEAP flights to mallorca, which is the island right next door, and take the ferry from there. easyjet is terrible about things like delays but once you get on the flight its fine (as long as you don't mind paying $1 for a soda - like i said its dirt cheap). and you really want to stay a few days - it will be torture to just be there 24 hours and have to go home. shortest trip i've done was 3 days 4 nights and that was the bare minimum for an amazing experience. trust me you won't regret it.
