weyes Posted February 3 Report Share Posted February 3 it is good to mind one's posture, especially when sitting down. slouching and getting in the habit of sitting in certain uneven positions can lead to serious back pain and possibly lasting misalignment.(and ending up as a hunchback wouldn't be so great .)tune in tomorrow. Mystify Posted February 7 Report Share Posted February 7 Speaking of yoga, I borrowed my roommate's yoga tape, and found it very difficult to stay relaxed and calm during the slow progression of poses/exercises...
