I am leaving from the NYC area and looking to go to Miami but could also fly into ft lauderdale. Also, coming back on Sunday 3/23 is a bitch -- prices are much higher than coming back Monday. I just got my tix on Saturday 3/20-3/23 for $226. I flew with airtran. very nice. you should try that. The only problem is that they do not fly straight to MIA or FLL. They all stop in Atlanta. My flight is through Continental, 18-24th.That website offered lower rates than Expedia & Orbitz. I am thinking I will only save a couple of bucks if I fly to Fort Lauderdale, but I will end up paying more for the cab to south beach.
