shadygroovedc
NERD! But yes, that IS cool. I'd love to be in the audience for that and taste what they make. Just to make it more fun, though, they should bring in the Iron Sheik and have a Battle Royal.

Plus, it's obviously Kaga's food of choice.

eggmok
i'm an avid fan of iron chef, i watch it all the time . . .usually sakai wins his battles, but it's mainly because of the sauces he makes, truly french cuisine . . .my favorite is morimoto . . .wtf is up w/ chairman kaga's outfits, what a dork . . .these are usually the judges: a lower house member, an actor, an actress, and the fortune teller/food critic (who look surprisingly similar) . . . shadygroovedc
Oooh. They've got a Morimoto Omakase on the menu. You pay a set rate and the chef prepares a multi-course dinner for you. I did one of those at this sushi place in Santa Monica and it was fucking awesome. Chef's love doing those cause they can just go crazy without being restricted by what's on the menu. I'm getting so hungry right now.
