welcome back to insomnia week!

going to bed and waking up at the same time every night/day can help one's body establish an inner clock. one easy way to set a time as a limit for yourself is to make yourself go to bed after a particular tv show 14.gif .

i've seen a lot of "i can't sleep" threads lately; just thought i'd try and help :( . it's 3:22 a.m. as i'm writing this, so i'm obviously cured of insomnia - thought i'd share the wealth ;) . and i had more to add, seeing as i didn't write wisdoms for friday or saturday (wasn't home :worry: ), but now you just stepped all over me... i don't know what to do sad2.gif ...

ah, me; the pressure of writing this column sad1.gif ...

but i'll recover :) .
