weyes Posted April 4 Report Share Posted April 4 welcome back to insomnia week!going to bed and waking up at the same time every night/day can help one's body establish an inner clock. one easy way to set a time as a limit for yourself is to make yourself go to bed after a particular tv show .tune in tomorrow. I HOPE!!! i'm hurt, x.i've seen a lot of "i can't sleep" threads lately; just thought i'd try and help . it's 3:22 a.m. as i'm writing this, so i'm obviously cured of insomnia - thought i'd share the wealth . and i had more to add, seeing as i didn't write wisdoms for friday or saturday (wasn't home ), but now you just stepped all over me... i don't know what to do ...ah, me; the pressure of writing this column ...but i'll recover .
