Personal days are for when you're too hungover to go into work. Floating Holdiays are for when you stayed up all night doing Larry and can't go into work b/c you havent' slept yet. Seriously, don't make me resort to trying on a pile of shirtsat B&R and stealing those lil' envelopes w/ the extra tabs you getwhen you buy a shirt.
