tizbone
I'll just be brief with this one, and some one fill me in as to whether this has been discussed before, but I like "talking" about the differences between nort' and south Jersey. I'm sure there's a huge list, but how many times does someone asks you, "where you from?"....NEVER do you respond with just say "jersey"...it always has to be "nort' jersey." berniec
North Jersey is where its at. South jersey is the sticks and the weirdo's loland i think central jersey was a term invented by rutgers students because before i got to RU i never knew there was a central jersey. The south jersey people think anything above 100 on the parkway is north and the north people thing anything past exit 10 on the turnpike is south, so they just made up this 'central' thing to describe where they are going to college lol

vixengirly
wow......someone whip out a map!lemme break it down~ Central Jerz is between Seagrit....and Manahwakin, thats right...toms river, brick, Pt., bayville, jackson, long branch etc....thats central jerz...Below exit 54 is nothing but the sticks, lots of trees, towns named after indian tribes and crazy 609 people....I think its amazing how different the 3 zones....as i call them...are from eachother. I grew up in Lakewood and now go to school Bergen county...my family grew up in Clark and Westfield..but i was in shock after a month...north jersey people are ALWAYS on the go...they cant sit the fuck down and chill sometimes,..theyre always willing to pay w/e price for shit they buy...they drive too fast...and i really think everyone here has a bmw 3 series...i <3 it tho lol...im moving to weehawken to live on the wata.
