phatman Posted June 19 Report Share Posted June 19 ...in all likelihood...i'm taking this place i saw today...i'd be shairing a townhouse...a personal injury lawyer has a 2 bedroom 2 bath in a gated community in west orange...$850/month for everything...its close to work...close to all major highways...and an amazing community...the clubhouse has everything - indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center, aerobics, racquetball, basketball, tennis, bbq area...the list goes on and on...the pad is sweet and he is almost never home...flatscreen plasma tv...like a 10k leather wrap-around sofa...etc etc...its a no-brainer...just gotta try to sell some of my furniture and set up the move...
