If you're downtown in the Village you can pretty much walk up and down Bleeker, MacDougal, Thompson, etc and find a happy hour will find you. They're all pretty good. We actually had decided on Sutton Place but changed our minds last minute due to the rain. We are heading there next Thurs. if it is nice.
