philtyb Posted August 27 Report Share Posted August 27 Renewtrient capsules were the shit because you could take a controlled dose (3-4 caps every 2-3 hours depending on how long you were going to be out) and not worry about falling out (unless you were an idiot and took 10-15 caps at a time)....nothing beats the old Verve though...way better then Invigorate.... If I remember correctly.. Invigorate had 1.5 grams of GBL per serving, Jolt had 3 grams per serving, and Verve had 5 grams per serving..
