(Male or Female)I goto Dolphin Fitness, on 87st & 4th ave (in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) @ around 6pm mon - weds and most thursdays.Im not a hard core gym fanatic, and im not a juice head.I do my 1/2hr of high impact eliptical cross training then I dont about an hr of weights and abs, and im done.Anyone interested ?
