Unique Workouts?

I wouldn't call this too unique now but my favorite workout is mat based Pilates....I haven't been doing it long enough where I know the names of the moves but they really do work your whole body incredibly and you don't need to do many to feel it working as long as you are doing them right. They also really stretch and lengthen your muscles with I love since I am a dancer.

I had to stop taking lessons were I had started taking Pilates, due to bad timing so now I am trying to find another place to take lessons at since it much easier to set aside time for a class than do it at home ;)
