erica127 Posted October 24 Report Share Posted October 24 i workout at the gym at my school & it isn't that bad...it has a lot of good machines, but like someone mentioned, it's mostly guys that work out there, so it's a lil weird...Pilates is awesome & i did them about 3 times a week last year & saw results within 3 weeks....i am going to get back into that habit because that seemed to be the only thing that really worked for me..
