househead24
Aight I know this is a lil off topic of L.A. But considering most of you are from Cali or know alot about it I was wondering if anyone could give me some info. about the nightlife of Long Beach and areas around it...My cousin is moving out there next summer and I might be goin with him...So if anyone can enlighten me a tad that would be great, thank you... zstarprod
Its like anywhere else, it depends what night you are out and about. Every bar usually has some event going on a given night. Hamburger Mary's has food that is great, kitchen closes at 10. Every night is a club run by different promoters. It is a very "diverse" crowd. But always a blast. There is a place called The Pier which has a cool atmostphere. Second street has cool bars to hang out at all the time. Huntington Beach is about 15 minutes away and has a huge main strip with tons of things to do. There is really something here for everyone. Places to eat, entertainment, shops, a cool chill vibe (depending on where you go).

Almost everywhere in the LBC has that vibe.... not "hollywood" at all!! Wide range of types of areas.... North LB bordering compton is very different than second street/belmont shore!!! Pine ave in downtown is fun too..
