I don't know how you can say "repeated back stabbing" that makes no sence. It's a competative field, and I am sure with no talent....you're not going to get the job. An owner of a club has the right to make changes....give me a break.If I owned the club....after 7 years...I would have made a change too...probably even sooner than that.
