French, yes.....also Italians and Spanish for honerable mention...THE REAL Italian and Spanish food.......not talking about the sloppy pizza, pasta, and paella we're used to. That whole pocket in Europe knows how to season each entree and each meat.....its sooooooooooo goodbtw...you talking about cajun style?
