Possibly but I would have to say that flys at the proper angle hit the pec-delt tie-ins much better than shoulder presses, since they are aimed more at overall shoulder size.

I think he's talking about the area right beneath the colarbone.....to target that you'd basically have to bring the incline to an angle thats next to a front shoulder press
