I have a friend that will do it pretty cheap because of all the music software I want to put on it. He's done just this sort of thing for a couple friends of mine.I dont want to junk the poor thing...I might give it to my sister or something. Keep it as a back up. My poor beast has been through so much....I look at it and still remember the say I took it apart. It was in about 12 pieces on my kitchen floor.....the LCD display, the HD, keyboard, battery.......looked like I was doing surgery on the poor thing.Holds such sentimental value.
