Guest saleen351 Posted January 7 Report Share Posted January 7 I noticed this like 20 times since i've moved down hereYou'll be driving and for no reason the traffic comes to a hault and you sit there for 20 mins and inch along... Then you get to the bottle neck and on the side of the road is maybe a tow truck and a guy with a flat wheet and if the tow truck guy has his lights on, then bam! trafffic comes to a hault ..... I just don't understand this...In nyc and nj, you could be dieing on the side of the road and we ain't slowing down....This state needs to go to a full cell phone ban aswell..
