Question about Body Fat Scales/monitors

Any feedback on the above body fat monitor? Is it worth it?

If not anyone have any suggestions on a body fat scale/monitor or any other type of test?

I will give you feed back on all body fat monitors, which you can purchase. They are within 5% to 30%.

So if your body fat is 10%, you can expect a reading somewhere inbetwee 0% and 40%.

If you still want to purchase one, don't take it literal, just use it as a guide to see if it is going up or down.

Or even a better idea, purchase a full length mirror and maybe a disposable camera, both of those are 100% accurate.

I figured they weren't very accurate.

Best way to get your body fat measured is the underwater test. Even that is not 100% accurate.
