MIAMI, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- We are pleased that the American Civil

Liberties Union has filed a motion to intervene in support of our argument

that the seizure of Rush Limbaugh's private medical records was illegal and

unconstitutional.

The issues raised in this appeal effect all Floridians, regardless of

their political inclinations. As both the ACLU and we have stated, the

seizure of Mr. Limbaugh's private medical records without due process is not

only a violation of Florida law and the Florida Constitution, but also a

i have a feeling they are doing it for that reason

to give them some sort of legitimacy

to make people think they do care

they go after the highest profile republican to get attention so they look good they dont do shit for any other conservatives
