dgmodel Posted January 21 Report Share Posted January 21 anyone having this problem, lately ive been going to bed earlier and earlier getting a lot more sleep than usual...(typically i used to get 4hours, 6hours on a good night...) and i when i was getting less "sleep/rest" i woke up easier, full of energy, and ready to face the world... now that im getting the extra hours, i feel lazy, off beat, and its difficult to get out of bed... whats the matter??? dgmodel Posted January 21 Author Report Share Posted January 21 opposite for me... but i cant help it... im getting tired and sleepy by 10:30 these days... crazy... i used to go to bed at 2-3am and be up at 5:30-6am... and feel great... now its the total opposite 10:30-11:30 - 6am and i feel like ass... its weird...
