MAYBE if you factor in the bar as well as the cover the number would be close but still not 500,000k you figure if there are 12,000 PAYING people (which there DEF. won't be) at $50 a head and each person spends a minimum of $100 at the bar (thats 10 drinks at $10 per), the club will only make $180,000. now take out the $15,000 to $30,000 for the dj, the cost of just openning the doors, the cost of paying the staff, the cost for promotions, the cost of stocking the bars etc...after ALL that the club MIGHT make in the area of $130,000 on the night. and that's ONLY if it's a super club like space or crobar. the littler clubs that book the big dj's don't make anything even close to that on a night.
