actually... all they need to do is post a warning sign at the entrance.... This premesis is under video surveillence... I'm not 100% sure about bathrooms tho... I think they can have cameras.. the same way retail stores have cameras in fitting rooms

in the fitting room itself ya, but not behind the closed doors, thats been shot down in court...

think about all the old men and women who would be screaming rite to teh DA if they thought they were being watched getting changed in Macys
