If I apply for a home loan will the creditors need to know that I'm also a co-signer on another loan?? it shows up on your credit report...you are a co-signer which means you are guaranteeing payment...I wouldnt do it...no offense but if you break up or catch her banging your dad and she dont feel like paying you have to or your credit is fucked...also the more they run your credit report your Fica score goes down try not to apply for too many credit cards or loans and shit cause then the bank asks why you applied for all this shit and didnt get it ...it looks bad. and if you are a co-signer the bank that issues the loan is your creditor...her payments show up as your payments.
