roddigga Posted March 18 Report Share Posted March 18 JOE YOU ARE IN LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!a few years back digga had this feeling i was going to spend some years in the celler for whatever reasons....................i was on the shitter one day reading MAXIM and whala!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!there was a workout for people in the cell it was a great work out, you'd have to do a search on MAXIM from there 2002 issues, it was a great article...........................it mainly consisted of incline push ups from your bunk bed, and dips from the your shitter, it was pretty damm interesting!!!!!!!
