scavenger81 Posted April 27 Report Share Posted April 27 You should be arched upwards, with shoulder blades pulled back, and looking up at the ceiling at all times, with knees SLIGHTLY bent........even if its a 'stiff-legged'.........your back should have a very nice arch to it.....upwards ofcourse, not downwards, that's what leads to injury.
