BillLe Posted August 12 Report Share Posted August 12 Saw this on another board....LUXOR NIGHTCLUB EMPLOYEE DJ faces tax evasion, identity theft charges A Luxor nightclub disc jockey was indicted Tuesday on identity theft and tax evasion charges. Duane King, 38, of Las Vegas faces three counts of identify theft, three counts of tax evasion, two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card, two counts of use of a Social Security number assigned to another, and two counts of making a false statement during a firearms purchase. According to the Luxor's Web site, King has been resident DJ at the hotel's RA nightclub since March 1998. According to a statement from the U.S. attorney's office in Las Vegas, King was arrested April 28 at his home. Agents executed a search warrant at the residence, where they seized the Mercedes and a sport utility vehicle. King, who remains in custody, is scheduled to appear for an arraignment on May 14 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert Johnston.fuuuuuuuck!! Tax evasion understandable, don't want to lose it all to uncle sam, but credit card fraud?? now he's going to lose it all including his ass to uncle sam.
