Ibell,

A couple of things.

1st Try "Splenda" it is made from sugar, I think you will find it a good alternative to other sweetners.

2nd It is great that you are cutting the fat, but don't go to far. Fat is extremely important for the human body especially omega 3's. If you are cutting your fat intake to 15-20 grams, make sure it is coming from, olive oil, peanuts, fish oils, flaxseed oils or some other form of CIS unsaturated fats.

My time span was about 3 1/2 months... and I am pretty happy with where I am now at my current weight. I am 5 ' 7" so they say that I should not be lower than 118 for an ideal BMI so I am happy , but still firming my legs and butt up a bit...but I lost a cup size from my boobies :( I can deal though..
