Bling Posted November 7 Report Share Posted November 7 It takes a special event like the 4 year anniversary of CJ's website and a dj that rarely comes to Miami, to bring out all the board members on one nite only. Last nite, I saw more people from CJ and CP then I have seen in months. There were tons of faces I have not seen in months, including as far back as WMC!!!!The club opened around 1015 or so and of course no problem getting in with the CJ list. There was an open bar on all rum drinks so it was rum and coke for me from 10-12. Had about 4 of em, never got a huge buzz but it was all good still. Outside, bumped into Natty from CP (who I have not seen since ULTRA!!) and MRMovement(Abraham). Inside, the room was decorated nicely with ballons on the ceiling and the CJ logo strewn throughout the club on the walls. A large group of us congregagated at the front bar as opposed to our normal spot behind the dj booth. The group was definitly one I did not expect to see there.THe lovely Nadia, Mister Ben, Doug(dumeral) and Maribel (trancemonkey), Michael(Mr. Miami) and Felicia, Grooveeric(one drunk ass mofo. how was that liquid coccaine shot LOL), Renzo, the always beautiful Tonie, and OMG the gorgeous Victoria (the queen of the Space Patio, along with her friend). I had a blast hanging with you and dancing with you Victoria, hopefully we will meet up again really soon Opening up the nite was Ani Phearce. He started off with some more "loungey" house (best way to describe it), then started to go off into some latin stuff and some well known tracks. Around 1:30 or so Pete Tong took the decks. He started off really really well with some good quality house. His set overall was good but it never reached that "banging house" quality like Bad Boy Bill brought the last time I came to Crobar. Nevertheless, he played a very good set. The set had its ups and downs for me. IT started off really well, then kinda dropped and then he picked it up again playing some great classic stuff. (80's stuff), thanks to Nikki who was hanging in the booth. Then it went right back down and got a little bit repetitive for me. Overall though the set had more ups then downs. I definitely will come out to check out Pete Tong once he is in town again. Behind the booth and upstairs bumped into a lot of people.The entire CJ contingency(who all came from a party at the bar next to Blue for Nick). Shannon and her husband, NickJunkie(happy birthday bro) and G.A.T. , TechJunkie, Pod, etc. Also in the house were: Andrew Thomas, Lyrik, AbsoluteV, Diaga, Miriam (so great to see you its been a while.... i bet you had the time of your life in Holland hearing that Tiesto concert ), Rolly and his crew (Claud and Dizmus), Diogo (all4tribal) who drove all the way from Orlando to check out Tong and Sander later on that nite. Buster, LP, Nikki in the dj booth(thanks for the close up pics of tong and my pic with him, ur the best!!!!) Along with Nikki in the dj booth, was her friend the owner of Dancestar as well as the owner of ULTRA. I am probably missing some people sorry if i Missed ya. As I said there was a lotttttttttttt of you out. The place was slammed all nite. The crowd was even larger then Bad boy Bill night at certain points. I did notice though, that it seemed to have gotten less crowded sooner. Most likely because a lot of people were heading over to Space for Sander's patio set. The dancers were in effect last nite as always. The club put up those thin transparerent shets on the celing which they use when they use those green lasers to make words and pictures but the green laser was never used. Around 4:15 I headed out and went to BlueLust@BlueSecond I got in, realized once more how great the lust crew is. ON the decks was JC (housedivision) throwin down some sick house music. Sheldon even took over for a bit. I am sure his set was insane prior to my arrival. Inside saw AbsolouteV once more. I heard from Sheldon, Lyrik had come by earlier with a huge crew of 100 or so and spun from 11-12 . Definitly will be there next month for the entire nite. Lust4house@ Blue is the real deal people. mister ben Posted November 7 Report Share Posted November 7 BLING IS DA MAN! lololol... it was a pretty fun nite.i get to crobar at 11. line is so fuckin long with that gay crossdressing fucking running the door it took 45 mins for me renzo mr/mrsmiami and some of their friends to get in. only was able to get 2 free drinks from the open bar and drank it in like 2 mins. the dj called Ani Phearce was pretty good. so i finally meet the naughty nadia and shes freakin eroticly hot so we're just chillin, and i told her that im goin to the baño and i come back and shes gone. so i walked around lookin for her and gave up. then me and rzo walked around and finally went upstairs and i found her sitting in the corner playin with her cellphone.. she's freakin downloadin ring tones and lets me listen to em and some porno ones she has. finally like at 1:30 the tong man comes on, and i thought he was gonna announce himself or someone else because he is the guest dj of the nite and its freakin pete tong radio dj.. something about his voice! lol. i told bling and he said the same thing.. his set was pretty good, some songs were ok. nadia left at like 3. i lost rzo and groove eric and the rest of the gang. only 1 left was bling and pod. i lost bling and found pod a couple times. well i left at 4 since i couldnt find anyone and my ears were hurtin like crazy. i wish i could have gone to space to catch sander but didnt want to spend the money. danny WTF HAPPENED TO THE RUSSIAN GIRLS?? mrmovement33 Posted November 7 Report Share Posted November 7 since i hadn't been out clubbing since steve lawler @ space a few months ago. i had lost contact with most of the cp board. but it was great to meet peeps like xxgrooveric....thank you for fixing the time in my car and kost of all it was great talking with mr. bling. u r a super cool and intelligent person and i always enjoy talking to you. keep the reviews coming. i stayed for a little while after the open bar. i had about 10 rum and cokes which gave me a terrible headache but it was nice of crobar to have an open bar. i heard about 30 minutes of pete to9ng and i thought he was really good. especially that second track he played after that WACK ASS DJ that opened for him got off the decks. that guy was terrible i saw so many fine ass women @ crobar last night. wow wow wow.....amazing. see you guys if god permits wmc2005. happy birthday co*****kie!!!!abe...may god bring you many blessings.
